Peanut Butter Cupcakes
Mix 1/2 cup peanut butter with 1 1/2 cups brown sugar & 1/3 cup lard. Then add 2 eggs,1/2 tsp. salt. Stir in 3/4 cup milk and 1 tsp. vanilla. Add 2 cups flour and 2 tsps baking powder.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 375 F for 20 to 25 minutes.
